We handle each request for return on a case by case. If your item comes broken or damaged in shipping you will need to send an email to sugarfootstinyshinys@gmail.com (SUBJECT LINE - Order ## Damaged Item.)Please include pic(s) of the damage product and shipping box.
If any you have any issues with an item or tool please reach out. We are happy to help. If needed we will create a video or create a ZOOM meeting and help resolve the issue.
Shipping
We ship within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind once we drop packages off at post office we have no control over them. If you do not get your tracking number please email us at sugarfootstinyshinys@gmail.com - Subject line ORDER###. We will reply back with you tracking.

Many of our mica's are cosmetic grade. Each mica description will show and restrictions (if any) for cosmetics.
No, 98% of our glitters are manufactured here in the USA.
If any glitter does come from outside the USA we ALWAYS notifiy our customers prior to their purchase/release. We believe in being honest and up front with out customer.
All other products we purchase from within the USA. (Mold and tumbler topper items come from China)
Glitter jars are also manufactured in the USA.
